Job Description

Role: .NET Full-Stack Developer Intern (Omicron CT Analyser Automation Platform)

We are looking for a motivated .NET Full-Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of a high-performance desktop automation platform for the Omicron CT Analyzer.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to building enterprise-grade applications, integrating with industrial testing hardware, and processing real-time measurement data.

You will work as a core product engineer, and your contributions will be evaluated based on industry standards, including:

  • System architecture clarity
  • Code quality, modularity & maintainability
  • Testing approach & reliability
  • Documentation and engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable and maintainable modules using C# and .NET (Framework/Core)
  • Design and implement intuitive desktop UI screens using WinForms or WPF
  • Build communication layers to acquire data from Omicron devices via USB/USBC
  • Implement real-time test execution workflows and automation logic
  • Process test inputs and apply ML-based pattern recognition where relevant
  • Design and manage SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures
  • Generate structured PDF and Excel reports automatically
  • Write unit tests to validate business logic and ensure reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and justify technical decisions with clarity
  • Prepare documentation and share consistent progress updates

Requirements:

  • Core .NET Skills
    • Strong foundation in C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
    • Experience with WinForms or WPF development
    • Working knowledge of SQL Server (tables, queries, stored procedures)
  • Engineering Mindset
    • Ability to write clean, predictable, and modular code
    • Understanding of separation of concerns, reusable components, and design patterns
    • Awareness of performance optimization and memory management
    • Ability to develop testable functions with minimal side-effects
  • Hardware Integration (Willingness to Learn)
    • Interest in USB/USBC communication protocols
    • Basic understanding of binary data parsing and device protocol handling
